When will my order ship?

Can I cancel my order?
Unfortunately, we are not able to cancel an order once it has been placed.
I entered the wrong address
please be careful when entering your shipping address, Mukhtar will not be responsible for orders sent to the incorrect delivery address provided by the customer. If your package has not shipped MukhtarByKV@gmail.com with your order number and updated address within 2 hours of placing your order.
Lost or Stolen Packages
If your package has been confirmed via USPS / UPS delivered and you did not receive it you must file a claim with USPS / UPS as we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
When will my order arrive?
